Exciting Changes to the Tradewinds® Hibiscus Program

Dear Aris Customer,

As you read the accompanying announcement about the transition of the Tradewinds® Hibiscus brand and genetics to Ball FloralPlant®, we wanted to take a moment to reach out to you.

For many of us at Aris, our customer relationships go back many years—and in some cases, decades. We have grown together, worked through challenges together, celebrated successes together, and built relationships that extend well beyond simply buying and selling plants.

For that, we sincerely thank you.

While this announcement represents an important change, it also represents an exciting opportunity for the future of Tradewinds® Hibiscus.

Beginning August 3, Ball FloraPlant® will manage the sales, ordering, and customer service responsibilities for Aris product lines.

As we have over the past 100 years, Aris Horticulture skilled growers will be producing all products. Our quality will only improve. Fulfillment will improve. Communications will improve under our long-term Production Agreement with Ball FloralPlant® .

Aris believes the combination is a strong one. Ball FloraPlant® brings tremendous sales, distribution, marketing, breeding, and product development resources, while Aris will continue bringing the production experience, quality, and attention to detail you have relied upon.

We are committed to working closely with you and the Ball FloraPlant® team during the transition to make it as seamless as possible. Please continue to reach out to us with questions or concerns—we want to help.
